New API for monitoring available credit

Narakeet now allows developers to automatically monitor available credits when using our API. This is primarily useful for developers that integrate Narakeet into their applications and pre-pay for usage with a top-up account. The new endpoint allows you to automatically monitor available credits so you can top-up before running out of capacity for producing new audio or video files.
